Cipher is an independent luxury shoe brand designed and manufactured out of Hong Kong. They have some really dope designs that are a mixture of athletic and casual. The line debuted last year and they are back again with two new styles for Holiday 2007. The shoes are extremely limited and will be carried at the finest streetwear noutiques such as Bodega, Grey One and Concepts in Boston.
