It’s every martial arts fan’s wet dream to see Jackie Chan and Jet Li costar in the to-be-classic The Forbidden Kingdom.

The first fight scene attracted a crowd off jump. Chan said, “Jet and me on the location, so many people come.” “We have to cover with more security guards, everybody wants to see what happens. All the crew members, everybody waiting for something. A funny, funny situation. A funny feeling.”

With Chinese newspapers referring to as “Kings of Kung Fu,” filming will feature Rob Minkoff [“The Lion King,” “Stuart Little”] behind the camera and with Lionsgate co-distributing the flick with The Weinstein Company — this looks like to be a film to remember.

…but wait? I thought Jet Li was done making movies???
