Style In All Climates
Tuesday, April 1, 2008 | Author: Jon LedfordA three pack of ACG inspired Dunks is currently making it’s way into European Nike accounts. Each sneaker features some interesting details to unify yet another sneaker pack. The most interesting of those being the mesh panel in the middle of the upper, something I’d like to see more Dunks incorporating. Additionally, each shoe has custom patterned laces and a speckled midsole. Check out a closeup of each model after the jump.

First up is my favorite of the bunch. The navy and red will be perfect when attending Red Sox games this summer. A little more contrast in the laces would be good. In a way these remind me of those quickstrike Air Max BWs released a little bit ago, which were themselves a criminally under rated shoe.

Next we have this grey pair accented with a light blue swoosh. The laces are more pronounced this time, but I’d love to see some more speckle in the sole. Either way, I look forward to getting my hands on these as well.

Rounding things out is this black and yellow colorway, which manages to get both the laces and the sole just right. Even if the colorway has been done to death, the execution on the details makes this one worth it. No word on stateside availability yet, so keep your eyes pealed, or hit up some overseas contacts and hope they’re feeling generous with the exchange rate.
