Pedestrian Crosses Into Baltimore
Tuesday, April 22, 2008 | Author: Jon LedfordThe DC/MD/VA area has been blessed recently with a number of stores opening or expanding into the area. You can add yet another name to the list as the boys from Pedestrian have expanded their turf from Philly south of the Mason Dixon into Baltimore. The shop opened quietly this past Saturday with a grand opening event in the works for the near future. I checked things out today and was impressed with the clean look and custom shelving, not to mention the excellent stock list.

The shop may have only been in town for a few days, but they’ve already put together what looks to be a dope event this coming Friday at the Lo-Fi Social Club. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area, and if you’re not, make the trip! It’s great to see a shop already investing in and supporting it’s new home, so all my Baltimore readers, let’s come out and show Pedestrian how we do things here in Charm City.

If you can’t make it out to the Lo-Fi, you at least owe it to yourself to check out the shop itself. New stock from spring/summer is already making it’s way in and Garth and everyone at Pedestrian are some of the most approachable and helpful dudes I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in this scene. Be sure to let ‘em know The Evil Collector sent you and keep an eye on a Pedestrian Store Watch coming sooner than later! Walk, don’t run.
