Murko Un-American
Thursday, April 24, 2008 | Author: Jon Ledford10 Deep has resurrected their Murko mascot for another onslaught on unsuspecting freedom haters. This new figure is dubbed Patriot Murko and stands a stout 5″ tall with an appetite of a man twenty times his size. His star spangled face lets you know who he’s fighting for while those polka dot pants let you know he’s not afraid to let loose either. Like previous Murko releases, this figure will be available in very limited edition at selected retailers. Check out some more images on the other side.

These previous releases shown above show the evolution of Murko into his present state as a political war machine. If you haven’t picked up the full color original release, Commonwealth has a few on sale. Be warned this dude is not the most stable of figures, and will fall off your desk everytime you push your chair in unless you provide some kind of support for him. This happens to me roughly 329856 times a day, but I still have love for the eye catching color schemes that 10 Deep and Thunderdog Studios were able to come up with. If the lightheartedness of the mold seems familiar, it’s probably because Thunderdog was founded by Tristan Eaton, cocreator of the ever expanding Dunny empire.

Patriot Murko and his terror alert color scheme should be hitting 10 Deep retailers in the coming weeks. There’s only 250 of them floating around, so make sure you bug your local shop every day until they’re so annoyed they set one aside for you. Keep an eye on 10 Deep for more details.
