Recon Report
Tuesday, April 29, 2008 | Author: Jon LedfordAs if news of a super limited online release of his AF-X Nike collaboration from awhile back wasn’t enough, graffiti legend turned designer Stash has posted a teaser image of an upcoming pair of Air Force 1 High’s on his blog. This pair utilizes the nozzle print which has been featured on previous Nike collaborations, not to mention his Subware line. The black and white colorway is smart and gives the shoe more wearability than some hyper neon pinstriped business.

It’s not easy to pull details from one image, but it looks to me like there’s some crocodile print on the Swoosh and perhaps a subtle snakeskin on some of the upper panels as well. We’ll have to wait for more detailed images to pop up on these.

As mentioned above, Recon also released a special pack today centered around the AF-X steel toed Air Force collaboration. The pack included the shoes themselves, a backpack, and several electronics cases all featuring the print utilized on the Air Forces. Not many were released and it appears that the Recon online shop has already sold out. Keep an eye out though, as Stash and Futura seem to have quite a few tricks up their sleeve lately.
