The Canadian takeover quietly continues as Goodfoot has released some new tee designs for the spring. Many of the tees incorporate distinct Canadian imagery, which may alienate American customers, but certainly shouldn’t. I mean, who could be bitter about the total elation on Joe Carter’s face, even if he wasn’t a Yankee or a Dodger? Check out the highlights below.

I’m a sucker for this style of photograph in text design, and can distinctly remember watching this moment captured on TV what seems like ages ago. I was only ten years old then, so I didn’t realize just how special a game winning homerun of that magnitude was, but this shirt captures that time in history perfectly. Having since visited the cavernous Skydome, I can only imagine what it must have been like to be there. Now if we could just get back that old Jays logo, arguably one of the best in sports, instead of that weird college like joint they have right now.

Whether this was drawn by The Greatest himself or not, this serves as a harsh take on the current state of professional boxing. Although I guess for a more complete picture, you’d need the fighter on the mat to be yelling the same thing. this is a dope concept and I’m very curious to find out if Ali was indeed behind the illustration.

This tee commemorates the short life of professional basketball in Vancouver. While the Grizzlies have since moved to Memphis and switched to a totally harmless rendition of a bear cub, nobody will forget the “intimidating” redneck “force” of Bryant Reeves, but we’ll hopefully all forget the five different coaches over the team’s six year run. Regardless, the logo defiantly lives on thanks to Goodfoot.

Whether you’re using them to advance that runner from first to third or to make sure you get the money that dude owes you, everyone knows to turn to the Louisville Slugger. Except now Goodfoot is offering up an alternative with this tee. Let your friends know who you’re going to bat for with this one.
