Alright one last post and then I’m off to mourn John Locke. Alife has released another series of Barney’s exclusives. This time around the shoes are inspired by a baseball catcher’s mitt, hence the moniker of Soft Hands Pack. The thatched detailing on this Everybody High really breaks up the panels well. Check out the other two pair in the pack in the rest of the article.

The Kennedy might be my favorite Alife silhouette to date. I especially like the stitching and the red accents on the sole this time around. I can only imagine how comfortable the buttery leather must feel. It’s a good thing I’ll be able to score a pair on the Barney’s website, that’s for sure.

Rounding out the pack is the New Balance, erm, uh, inspired…Chaser. As much as I think this color palette works great, I’m not sure I care for the branding on the upper. It just seems in the way of the contour lines and doesn’t mesh well with the rest of the shoe, which is otherwise excellent.
